As rewarding as it can be to take part in improving the life of an ailing or disabled loved one, it’s often emotionally and physically draining. Many caregivers of family members and loved ones have outside jobs and responsibilities, as well.

In partnership with L’Appui Centre-du-Québec, we’ve put together a guide to resources and information in English to help make your caregiving experience a little easier. Access the full PDF version* by clicking the following link:

L’Appui has also put together a documentary series called “Au-delà des mots : Paroles de proches aidants” (Beyond Words: Words from Caregivers.) The series revolves around the personal stories of two caregivers. While the videos are in French, English subtitles are available by right-clicking on the bottom right corner of the video when viewing.
